These Terms of Service govern your use of growwithbrady.com and any services provided by Grow With Brady ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a strategy call or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

Grow With Brady provides website design and development, Google Business Profile management, and local SEO services for home service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

WEBSITE BUILDS

Our standard website build includes up to 15 pages as outlined during your strategy call. The following terms apply:

• Ownership — Upon full payment, you own your website outright. The code, content, and domain are yours. We retain no ongoing rights to the site.
• Revisions — Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at an agreed hourly rate.
• Content — You are responsible for providing accurate business information, service descriptions, and any photos you wish to use. We will write copy based on what you provide.
• Timeline — Standard build time is 2–3 weeks from receipt of all required information from you. Delays caused by late content delivery may extend this timeline.
• Payment — A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed site for review.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT PLAN

The monthly management plan ($197/mo) covers hosting, Google Business Profile maintenance, and on-page SEO updates. The following terms apply:

• Minimum term — 6-month minimum engagement. SEO and GBP optimization requires consistent effort to produce results; month-to-month arrangements do not allow enough time to demonstrate meaningful outcomes.
• After 6 months — The agreement continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Billing — Billed monthly in advance on the same date each month.
• Hosting — If you cancel the management plan, hosting transitions to your own account. We will assist with the migration at no additional charge.

RESULTS AND GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are outside our control. We commit to executing the agreed scope of work diligently and transparently, and to reporting results honestly each month.

What we can commit to: the work gets done as described, you are kept informed, and if something is not performing, we tell you directly and adjust the approach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To allow us to deliver results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and respond to our requests in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to Google Business Profile and any platforms we manage on your behalf
• Notify us of any changes to your services, service area, or business information
• Not make changes to SEO-critical elements of your website without consulting us first

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment for a website build, all rights to the completed website transfer to you. Any tools, templates, or proprietary systems we use in our process remain our property. Content you provide (photos, text, logos) remains yours.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We do not share your business information, strategies, or data with competitors or third parties. We work with one client per service area in each trade category — your market is exclusively yours while you are a client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the monthly management agreement after the 6-month minimum with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, or if you act in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
