Grow With Brady / Ohio / SEO & AI visibility

SEO for established
service businesses.
Built for what’s next.

Built for Google, Maps and AI search. I research the services and keywords worth pursuing, compare your pages with the competition, fix important technical issues and build a plan for your website, Google Business Profile, content and off-site credibility.

01 / Research & direction

Start with the work
you want to win.

A high-volume keyword is not automatically a good opportunity. I start with your priority services, service area, capacity and the value of the work you want to grow.

That keeps the strategy focused. If you want more full replacement projects, the plan should explain why those pages and customer questions take priority over unrelated informational traffic.

Keyword research → a page-by-page plan

I review the searches already bringing visibility to your site, the language your customers use, and the results competing for your priority services. The goal is to understand what a potential customer needs at each stage of the decision.

Hiring searches reveal the services and locations that need strong commercial pages.

Long-tail searches reveal more specific questions, problems and requirements. They may be less broad, but can be closely connected to the work you provide.

Comparison and cost questions show what customers need to understand before they request an estimate.

I group related searches and assign them to the right page. You get a keyword-to-page map with priorities and the reason behind them. Existing pages are improved where they can do the job; new pages need a distinct purpose.

Competitor analysis → a prioritized opportunity list

I compare the businesses and pages appearing for relevant searches with your own site. That includes their service coverage, explanations, project evidence, local information and credible mentions.

The output is a prioritized opportunity list. It might reveal an important service hidden inside a general page, a useful comparison nobody explains well, or a strong existing page that needs better proof and internal links.

Competitor research informs the plan. Your experience supplies the information that makes your pages worth reading.

02 / Implementation

What gets done.
What you receive.

01

Technical and foundational SEO

I review how important pages are reached, crawled and indexed, along with redirects, canonical URLs, internal links, mobile usability and performance issues. Agreed fixes are implemented and checked. You receive a record of the changes and any work that depends on your hosting provider or other systems.

02

On-page improvements

Service pages need more than keywords. I improve the explanation of the work, headings, titles, descriptions, customer questions, project proof and next steps. Related pages are linked so visitors can move from research to the service they need.

03

Google Business Profile

Where included, I manage accurate categories, services, hours, links, useful updates and photos, and review responses. The profile and website should describe the same business and help customers understand whether you serve their needs.

04

Citations and business information

I review important listings for conflicting names, addresses, phone numbers and website links. Corrections and submissions are tracked, including items still waiting on a directory. A citation is a business listing; it is different from an editorial backlink.

05

Useful content

The content plan can include stronger service pages, major updates, project stories, comparisons and answers to buying questions. Topics are chosen for their relationship to your services. Your actual experience, photos and customer questions help make the content specific.

06

Backlinks and third-party mentions

Where included, I research relevant opportunities through suppliers, associations, local organizations and publications. Outreach is based on something useful: your expertise, a real project, a resource or an existing relationship. You see the activity and any resulting placements separately.

07

AI search visibility

I test an agreed set of customer questions across selected AI search experiences, record how your business and competitors appear, and examine cited sources. That informs changes to content, business information and credible off-site evidence. The goal is a stronger opportunity to be discovered and accurately represented in relevant answers.

A practical sequence for your existing website, local presence and AI visibility. Technical fixes, content and measurement continue across every phase.

  1. MONTH 01

    Audit, measure & prioritize

Review crawlability, indexing, priority pages, Google Business Profile and existing search performance. Compare market competitors, cluster customer queries by intent and record a baseline of selected AI answers. Check inquiry tracking and agree the first implementation priorities.

Technical audit · keyword map · measurement baseline
  2. MONTH 02

    Strengthen the pages that matter

Resolve priority technical issues and improve the pages most closely tied to your services and locations. Refine titles, headings, service explanations, customer questions and contact paths. Connect related pages with purposeful internal links.

Technical fixes · service-page improvements · internal links
  3. MONTH 03

    Build local consistency & credibility

Align your profile with the website, review categories and services, correct important citations and track pending directory changes. Research relevant local, supplier and industry link opportunities and begin agreed outreach.

GBP improvements · citation cleanup · outreach
  4. MONTH 04

    Fill useful content gaps

Use the keyword map and early query data to prioritize missing explanations, service content, comparisons and real project stories. Build around your expertise and customer decisions, then link supporting content to the appropriate service pages.

Content delivery · project evidence · topic coverage
  5. MONTH 05

    Refine visibility & conversion paths

Review query-to-page performance, local visibility and sampled AI mentions and citations. Improve pages gaining impressions but attracting few relevant clicks, clarify weak answers and investigate friction between landing pages and inquiries.

  6. MONTH 06

Evaluate progress & set the next priorities

Compare the baseline with current visibility, relevant traffic and recorded inquiries. Review lead quality when sales feedback is available, document completed work and unresolved issues, and prioritize the next period using what the evidence shows.

Credibility beyond your website

Local relevance.
Industry connections.
Useful contributions.

Your website is one part of your public presence. I research relevant local, niche and industry backlink opportunities, accurate business listings and editorial mentions that connect your company with the customers you serve.

Local PR: Real projects, community involvement and useful local expertise can create stories worth sharing with local publications and organizations.

Digital and industry PR: Expert commentary, original project findings, supplier relationships, trade associations and useful resources can support relevant coverage beyond your immediate area.

Backlink research: Competitor referring sources help identify opportunities. Each prospect is reviewed for audience fit, relevance and legitimacy. Outreach activity and earned placements are reported separately; publication is an editorial decision.

Lists and third-party publishing: We evaluate genuinely relevant directories, editorial roundups and contributed content. Paid promotion is disclosed and links are appropriately qualified. A placement is selected for its audience and usefulness, not a guarantee that it will change a ranking.

Form submissions, phone clicks and completed calls when tracked.

03

Business outcomes

Qualified leads and booked work where your sales records support it.

Inside your dashboard & monthly report

Your measurement setup connects GA4, Search Console and Google Business Profile reporting, with keyword and local rank tracking where included. We define each event before reporting it, then check that it records the intended action.

What you see What it tells you
Form submissions and source Which pages and channels produced recorded inquiries
Phone clicks; completed calls when scoped call tracking is installed Contact intent versus actual phone activity
Keywords, query groups and priority pages Where visibility, clicks and ranking trends are changing
Local rank observations How visibility varies across the agreed service area
AI mentions, citations and identifiable referrals How selected AI experiences surface your business
Work completed and next priorities What was delivered and why we are taking the next step

The dashboard is paired with a plain-English monthly report. We review qualified leads and booked work when your sales records support it. Call-tracking software, data connectors and integrations are specified in the proposal. Search Console average position is a trend measure, not a single universal ranking.

Your existing website can be the starting point

A scope matched
to your market.

Your existing website can be the starting point. A standalone SEO proposal defines research, technical fixes, on-page improvements, profile management, AI visibility work and monthly delivery around your actual needs. A rebuild is not required.

For a website and ongoing management together, compare Foundation, Growth and Dominate. All services are custom quoted.

6 months

Recommended planning horizon

Month to month. Cancel ongoing SEO at any point.

Research, technical fixes, page improvements, profile management, AI visibility and monthly delivery are defined in your proposal.

Discuss your SEO needs
Working together

A clear start.
An ongoing rhythm.

Discovery and access

We establish the services, markets, job value, capacity and existing marketing history. You provide approved business information, account access, real photos and one person to consolidate feedback.

Baseline and plan

I document the starting point, review competitors and measurement, and explain the highest-priority work before implementation.

Delivery and review

Agreed technical fixes, page improvements, content and off-site work move through a prioritized monthly queue. You receive a concise mid-month update, a monthly report and the next priorities. Strategy calls follow your package.

Ownership and handover

Your business keeps ownership of its domain and core accounts. The agreement defines deliverable ownership, licenses and any website payments. If ongoing work ends, you receive the agreed handover and current-state summary.

Before we talk

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Will I need a new website?

Only if the existing site cannot reasonably support the agreed work. I start by assessing what you already have and explaining the options.

Why recommend six months?

It gives us a practical period to research, implement improvements, observe changes and refine the plan. It is a recommended planning horizon, not a mandatory six-month commitment or a ranking deadline.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel ongoing SEO at any point. Any separate website project or payment arrangement is covered in its own agreement.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?

No. I can commit to the agreed work, transparent reporting and a clear improvement process. Search platforms decide what appears, and results also depend on your market, competition and business.

How much content will you create?

Your proposal states the production scope. A service-page rewrite, project story and new article are different pieces of work; the plan specifies what is included.

How do you choose keywords?

By combining business priorities, customer language, current search data, competitor research and the intent behind the query. Search volume is one input, not the whole decision.

Your next opportunity

Let’s talk about the work
you want more of.

Bring your website, your priority services and the markets you want to grow. We will discuss the starting point and the right next step.
